1. Scope of Work
Caddy Bins will carry out the bin cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, bin placement or gutter cleaning services listed in your quote. Any extra work you ask for that’s not in the original quote may cost more.
2. Pricing
All prices are clearly stated in your quote and include GST. If prices need to change for any reason, we’ll let you know before we start the job.
3. Payment
You must pay the amount owed by the due date stated on the invoice if you do not pay in cash. You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer. Late payments may have extra fees of up to 15%.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We may need to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather, equipment problems, or other unexpected issues. If that happens, we’ll offer a new time.
5. Disputes or Complaints
If you’re not happy with our service, contact us right away. We’ll work with you to sort it out quickly and fairly.
6. Liability
We take care while doing our job and will check for any existing damage before we start. However, we’re not responsible for issues caused by things like broken tiles, loose pointing, damaged or open windows, wood rot, or flaking paint.
Please make sure all windows are closed before we arrive.
By accepting our quote, you agree if we believe the job is unsafe or could damage property, equipment, or people, we may stop work, and we will send an invoice for work we have completed before the unforeseen issue was discovered with a breakdown on why we chose the amount to minus off the original total. The same payment rules apply to this style of invoice. Or if we determine the job can be done safely to solve the problem of the unforeseen dangers, we may add cost to use new martials or machinery to complete the job.
7. Water Use
By accepting our quote, you agree to let us use your on-site water if needed. If you don’t have water available, we may charge extra to bring our own.
8. Work Guarantee
We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you have a concern, please contact us within 7 days of the job being completed. We have the right to inspect any issue before offering a refund or fixing it. If someone else works on the area we cleaned before we inspect it, our guarantee won’t apply.
9. Consumer Rights
You’re entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures, and you can ask us to redo the service if it wasn’t up to standard and we can determine if the claim is reasonable.
